Production Time

All pieces are made-to-order with production time ranging from 2 - 3 weeks.  

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS within the US only. If you are outside of the US and are interested in an item, please email us at hello@meowshells.com and we will see what the possible options may be.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time we accept returns for unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of the ship date back to the original form of payment. Please note that items received that do not meet our policy will be denied.

Please contact us at hello@meowshells.com and we will email you a return label.

We do not except exchanges and recommend returning your item then placing a new order. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Order Status

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 weeks. When your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Please allow a couple days for the tracking to update.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 - 2 business days.
